Prof. Dr. Tarek Fouad A. Riad holds an LLB (1980) from Cairo Law School and an LLM (1982) and SJD (1985) from Harvard Law School. A member of the Egyptian Bar since 1980 and the New York Bar since 1985, he was a member of the board of trustees and chairman of the executive committee of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) (2013–2019), an alternate member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration (2012–2018), and is a designated member of the ICSID panel of arbitrators and conciliators.
Dr. Ahmed El Kosheri (late) was the founding partner of KRR and one of the top arbitrators in the world. He was vice chairman of the ICC Court of Arbitration (1998–2009) and chairman of the executive committee of CRCICA.
Dr. Samia Rashed (late) was one of the founders of KRR, the first Egyptian woman to be a visiting scholar to Yale Law School, and chairman of the private international law department at Cairo University’s law school.
